Registration required at the zoom link provided. _____ In partnership with The Salish Sea School, Whale Scout, Orca Network, and Orca Behavior Institute. Keep up with the pulse of the Salish Sea in this virtual continuing education program for environmental educators, marine naturalists, or nature enthusiasts from across the world. Designed for professionals and amateurs alike, this program goes beyond the basics and takes deeper dives on ecosystem-wide topics and the latest research with a year-long series of monthly naturalist nights connecting those who work (or play) in the field across the region to scientists and experts in a wide variety of fields. By registering, you will keep up with The Pulse of the Salish Sea, have opportunities to connect and network with other naturalists throughout the region, and support four regional non-profits. Join us [virtually] in 2023 from 6-7:30 PM on the second Wednesday of each month! 6:00-7:00 - Speaker presentation 7:00-7:30 PM - Q&A session Become certified with The Pulse of the Salish Sea by completing the following: (1) Eight virtual talks, (2) 1 community event, and (3) Pre and Post online survey ​​List of speakers found at thesalishseaschool.org/the-pulse Scholarships are available for all ages!

Cancellation Policy

In the event of any cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation is initiated, the credit card processing fee will not be refunded (3%). Cancellation Refunds vary by course: Spring, Fall, and Winter Programs: if cancelled 5 days prior to the course, the class fee will be refunded to you, less the credit card processing fee (3%). If cancelled any time after that, there will not be a refund for this course. Summer Programs: Cancellations 91+ days prior to session start date = Refundable less CC processing fees & $150 deposit Cancellations between 61 and 90 days prior to session start date = Refundable less CC processing fees & 50% fee of full tuition Cancellations between 0 and 60 days prior to session start date = non-refundable Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received in the above time frames. ____ The Pulse: There are no refunds available for our virtual continuing education program.
