We want to feature YOUR incredible artwork in a 2021 Salish Sea School calendar.

If this sounds like something you'd like to do, then please follow these instructions:

1. Draw any marine life that depends on the Salish Sea (be sure to add your name/signature)!

2. Include an interesting fact, poem about the marine life you chose. You can add this to your artwork or put it in a separate document.

(Example. There has been ~90% Tufted Puffin population decline in Washington in recent decades OR Tufted Puffins are endangered in WA state, there are estimated to be only ~1,200 remaining. Learn more here.)

4. We will mail you your very own Salish Sea School 2021 calendar if you pARTicipate!

Please see the example and haiku. They were both created by an amazing student artist and a Guardian of the Sea, Fia!

Fia's Haiku:

Little new born egg,

puffin peeks to stranger,

please protect puffins.
