About the event
Celebrate Halloween with The Salish Sea School with our Dock-tober Under The Dock Walk! From exploring the creatures in the depths of Skyline Marina, to making Halloween inspired plankton prints, it's the perfect way to celebrate spooky season and the sea!
We'll explore the secret world of plankton and create Halloween inspired block prints of the creatures we see, and then explore the creatures hiding right below our feet in Skyline Marina.
AGES: All ages welcome!
WHAT TO BRING: Weather appropriate layers, a flashlight, sturdy shoes
ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: The Skyline Marina Dock ramp can be very steep during low tide. This walk will happen between high and low tide, and will be moderately steep. Please note that the dock is 3 feet wide, and the creatures we will be observing are under the dock and may require, kneeling, sitting, or laying down to observe. If you have questions about the…
