"the mountain and the sea are excellent schoolmasters, and teach some of us more than we can ever learn from books." -john lubbock

We welcome the unique contributions that one can bring in terms of their education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, veteran’s status, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation and beliefs.

We are stronger together with the collective sum of individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and talent which ultimately brings about a healthier planet.

About the event
Students and families, it is imperative that we stay healthy and keep our community safe.
Our team believes we can still do this and proceed with our outdoor learning if we continue to...
1. Do a fantastic job of wearing masks at all times,
2. Use hand sanitizer before, during, and after event,
3. Follow correct social distancing rules, and
4. Not attend if aware of any possible exposure or symptoms
We must be extra cautious together so that we can continue gathering in community to learn about the incredible life that depends on the Salish Sea!
We follow Washington State's CV19 Policies for Guided Outdoor Activities.
Due to these guidelines, student attendance is limited.
