Orca Superheroes - Camp

Service Description

Orca Superheroes will "dive" into adventure, island exploration, hands-on learning, and service as they learn all about the orcas of the Salish Sea. The week is designed to cultivate wonder, curiosity, new friendships, self-confidence, and a lifelong connection with the natural world for students age 8-10. Your child will have a life-changing experience at Orca Superhero camp. On the first day of camp, campers will adopt an orca plushy representing an orca who is living in the Salish Sea and officially become part of that orca's pod. We encourage repeat participants! This camp includes: * A private charted whale watching trip * Boat Ride to explore a local island * Orca plushy and graduation certificate * Forest to shore hiking adventures * Marine ecosystem connections * Tidal pool exploration * Nature and eco-friendly art projects * Mindfulness in nature * 14:4 student-to-teacher ratio * Camp t-shirt Note: Lunch is not included. Students will need to pack their own lunch, water, and snacks each day. "
